Details
With this stainless steel heating element mount, you can mount your heating elements in your kettle in a safe and beautiful way. The enclosure consists of two parts that screw together, and is made of stainless steel. These things are durable, they way over 0.5 kg!
This enclosure is suitable for our single phase heating elements with 1" BSP. We also have as kit for Camco elements with a 1" NPS thread.
The heating element is not included! Please order one separately.
On the inside, there is a hex hole to hold the element in place. Next to that hole is a small M4 threaded hole to ground the enclosure. Because the enclosure is pressed against the kettle, this will ground the entire kettle for safety.
On the front, there's an O-ring groove for a standard 218 O-ring. When the enclosure is pressed against the kettle, this will create a watertight seal.
On the back is a threaded hole for an M25 cable gland.

There are many different solutions on how to mount your heating element, but this one is the most beautiful and the best IMHO. From the out side easy to clean, and it has this big plus: It's Stainless. Got mine with the round element and if not I would consider the extra money to get this one. Absolutely no leaks if thinned correctly, but that's a no brainer.
